Jon, I want to keep this thing really cheap at this point. Just a winter vehicle at the moment so i can put my truck away under the covers.

The ride home today from work I experienced a vibe >60mph. It maybe a tire as the ones on there are crap.
Defiantly needs an alignment.

I understand... You can do the whole conversion for fairly short in the future... Just need to pull the brake lines + calipers + backing plates + bolts off the GC D35, which usually costs $40. Then get pads + discs for ~$35-$40.
