Bought a CJ grille a while back, figured it would be a good indoor winter project. Clean it, strip it, paint it, wire up the lights and presto, instant wall hanging! Better than those silly pictures of the kids..... Was cooking out over the weekend and I thought, why not turn my Weber grill into a...... you ready?.......... a CJ Grille - Grill! Haven't worked out the details yet, like how to do it. I hate sweating the details..... ........ but with a MIG welder and a tank of propane, come on. What can go wrong?? Figured I can mount the CJ grille onto the back of the Weber, so when I’m grilling, I’m behind the grille. And grill. I'm going to mock it up this weekend. If it works out, maybe I'll do a photo essay of the build in Tracks!

Carl, don't waste a CJ grill, find a YJ grill instead.
Is it in good condition? I need one for my Scrambler.

That is the greatest dumb idea I've heard in a while !! I wish I thought if it !! ;D Carl, don't waste a CJ grill, find a YJ grill instead. Is it in good condition? I need one for my Scrambler. If I had to rate it, I'd say it's in real good condition. Complete with lights and a lot of the wiring harness. I'll take a few pics and send them your way. If you're interested Doug, we can work something out.
