I love EBAY... You are bidding on a Tom Wood's driveshaft for a Jeep Wrangler (TJ) Rubicon 2003 thru 2006. I bought the driveshaft new for my Jeep and traded Jeeps before I installed it. The drive shaft fits a 2003 - 2006 Wrangler Rubicon with a 4" lift, Tom Wood's part number A2S-F1-133. It is a 1310 series U-Joint at the transfer case and a 1330 series U-Joint at the differential. The driveshaft has never been installed and is complete with adapter plate, attaching hardware and instructions I was the only bidder for $150.00 starting bid...all day long this driveshaft is at least $320..I got it for less..woohoo!..this should end all my vibrations...lol Did I do good?

You did great...I paid $300.00 for ours. FYI...you will need a puller to remove the balancer thing on the back of the T-case, one for a steering wheel worked for me.

Is the adapter a good thing?

Is the adapter a good thing? Make's it easier to install the new shaft and you can keep your old shaft in the Jeep as a spare

My shafts are $ 280 you did good Chris
That adapter looks like it goes on a 8.8 Mine looks just like that
That might be the 1 that goes between the shaft + TC

My rear is a cut down XJ front double cardan. I had it done at Fleetpride years ago for $60.
$150 is a good deal for a Woody. I think I paid twice that at the last bachelor party I went to.

I'm changing my reply...
Yours looks different than mine Chris, it looks like it bolts to the balancer like John said. Mine replaced the balancer with a flange that bolted in it's place, thereby lengthening the new driveshaft an inch or so. (new flange is not as thick as the balancer)
