I get a very similar response from someone literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I post something on Craigslist... it's SOOO annoying!
As I'm sure you know, the scammers use web bots to find and reply to every for sale ad. You have 2 choices: You can ignore them or don't use any online service to advertise anything.
