So either someone is making lattes under my hood, or I need a new radiator. I've seen $50 ebay import specials, and $500 aluminum racing models....I'm guessing I want to be somewhere in between. Anyone got a suggestion?

Unless you done extreme modding to the engine, I suggest sticking to a stock stle. If they have one with more cores I would do that.
I think Modine is a OEM style aftermarket supplier and I have had good luck with their products.

The stock is an aluminum w/ plastic deal. For a replacement I'd find an aftermarket 3-core all-metal job... Several places online have for reasonable $...
Check out radiator.com or radiatorbarn.com
Can't remember which I used when I bought a replacement for my XJ, but it was a good experience.

Yeah...I pinpointed the leak to a tiny break where the top seam plastic meets the metal...seems like a really bad design. A miniscule amount of JB Weld is holding it for now, but it's time to start shopping I think.

Usually they weep, but if it was above the fluid level I can see it steaming... JW
