Is this right the good years are For a High pinion is 1977.5-1979 and for king pins are 1985-1991.5 I have a line on a '88 d 60 and a'89 d 60 would these be better axles than other years
The D 60s are all new for me

The '78-'79 are the best for a YJ as they are bolt in (and if you want to remain full width). A 88-89 would be a great choice for your TJ, as the pass side can be cut down and fit to 60-61".

Joe I am 80 inches wide now I have 3 1/2 in BS 1 1/4 in spacer my 36 x13.5 x17 IROCs I might be at 81 in wide with the D 60 I can narrow it by 2 1/2 by pulling the spacers I like it Wide I wont be cutting it down I have a 78 D 60 I sent a guy an email about if I can get for under 500 I will |

I'm talking about axle width Brian, not total width. Your Dana 30 is about 60" wide.
I'm running 3 1/2" backspacing with 15x10's & my 15.5" wide MT's and my Heep is 80"wide. Yours doesn't seem that wide.
Whatever the case, if you go full width, you'll loose the spacers anyway, because you'll be running 8 lug wheels.

I have the spacers on Because I like the Width have you seen my jeep since Sept ? With 7 in flairs my tires stick out over 2 inches
I plan on geetting the D 60 set at this time next year or in early 2011

That's a good price. Poopty gears, but those would be re-done anyway. These are perfect for someone with a YJ. |
