You'll just have to go out and buy a SIRIUS radio and mount the antenna on top (out of site)

I have the m.o.r.e. cage. Any yes the bar does get in the way on long drives (I trailer now). I have half doors so the window crank is not an issue. I also elected to install a frame tie in so the cage is connected to the frame. There is a video of a roll and the dash connected type worked alot better than I thought it would.
