bylaws - Original set?

I know this is everyone's favorite subject, ;D

Anyway, I think it was last year that I gave someone the original MS Word copy of our bylaws.

Since I have gone to a new computer I seem to have lost the document.

I know I can download an unformated copy from the BSJ web site but I would like to get the Word formatted document back.

Does anyone have it?
