This forum is very basic, even the smiles suck. It has served its purpose and is very useful but I think we've outgrown it. yup........ that says it all |

Agreed. Proboards sucks.
Next would come which type of forum?
I would vote PHPBB.... Its free, has incredible user support, lots and lots of customization, and is very secure from spammers/hackers. If someone gave me access to the SQL DB of bsj.com, I could have it running in an hour too ;D

hey scott i setup alot of really good forums for people and also websites why don't you throw me a PM and we could maybe Discuss a new website/forums... that is if you want to This is some of my latest work check out the home page then check out the forums devilsbloodwow.net/the home page is a template that my friend took off a different website but im capable of doing that from scratch but as the guy said up there, PHPBB3 is a great way to go with forums... the hard part is doing a SQL dump of all the accounts and then importing them to the new SQL... idk if other people found it easy or maybe its just godaddy.com hosting sucks. |
