dinner is in the (Dutch) oven, in the oven.
Trying a recipe for chicken w/rice. Calls for rice, chicken, lipton soup mix, chicken broth, and cream of mushroom soup, and one can of h2o. 350* for an hour. Sounded good. Amended it slightly to suit taste buds in the house.
Think we'll have some carrots too.

cleaned up pan pretty easy, gave it a layer of oil...
what to make next!!!?

I think we made a pine-apple upside down cake in a dutch oven on a camping trip once... came out pretty well, as I recall.
