Bought a set of Body Armor rock rails from Lou for the JK. Looks like a good product, good instructions and a very straighforward install. My only warning on this one is a repeat - it will go a lot easier if you have somebody to help with this one. It can be done alone, but the rails are kind of heavy, and balancing one on one hand and one knee, while trying to get bolts started is, well, interesting to say the least.
The kit comes with 4 brackets
The brackets bolt to the bottom of the body using holes in the pinch seam:
and to the bottom of the body using spring clip nuts
Slide the spring clip nut into the hole in the bottom of the body
Then attach the bracket using the spring bolt and the 2 holes in the pinch seams
Tighten all of the bolts at this point, as you won't have easy access to tighten them after the rail is installed.
Once both brackets are installed on a side, hold the rock rail up against the bracket and insert bolts thru the brackets and into the threaded holes in the rock rails
Tighten the four bolts that hold the rails to the brackets, the repeat the process for the other side.
Finished install has pretty good coverage, including up under the front and rear fender flares, which will provide some protection for them
