Eve and I were at the NEA cut n run on Sept 5 (no Josh ). I’d say the new trail we cut is BSJ friendly, the problem will be getting to it. To get to the cut we had to do a lot of travel on the low lying area, which was pretty much a swampy pit. I spent a lot of the day on my frame rails. Eve parked her rig for the day, maybe 100 yds into the swamp, we picked it up later. When I say 'picked it up' I mean we winched us out 75 feet at a time. Tied a strap between her rig and mine and then winched us both. We actually did OK going in, the problem is, every time you stop - even if it's for 10 - 15 seconds - you get sucked into the pit and whatever traction you had is toast. I'll call the day a success! Had fun, met some great people and found out my Smittybilt is tough as nails. And my new skids paid for themselves! One of the drier spots on the trail Even the 400 lb Zuuuuk had to be picked up and carried Post run, actually not bad. A few times I was so deep in da muck my sliders were imersed. I'll be dropping about $20 at the self serve car wash today, the underside of my rig has mud in places where I didn't even know I had places! He was strapped by a TJ with a Chevy 350. LOL, a little wheelspin in da muck!

Yeah that main trail is less then friendly for anything under 33s and one locker. Did you guys use the by pass? That would have gotten all of you around the mud and would have taken half the time? After the bypass there isn't a lot of mud just some off camber stuff.
Sorry I couldn't make it I had some other issues come up during the week that needed to be taken care of. Anyone looking for a room to rent?
