HELP NEEDED!!! We need a couple more volunteers to man check points in the woods. Please volunteer, it's really easy and you also get entered into the NEA's Volunteer Raffle at the end of the year. It's an easy way to give back to the organization that gives us so much. Linky: forum.nea4wd.org/viewtopic.php?t=3698&highlight=I can volunteer, however I am still waiting my account to be approved (going on 2 months now).

Did you post in the thread that affiliates you with baystate? forum.nea4wd.org/viewtopic.php?t=2441

Looked at the yay's, nay's and the may-be's and here's what it looks like.
HELL YEAH, I'LL BE THERE: Eve, rubbiwannabe and Carl. And Chris, but he may man-up and do a check point. If they ever let him into the NEA site.......
I DUNNO, I MIGHT NEED A KITCHEN PASS: Mark, Joe, Kelly, Jay, Opie, jpcamb and Josh
We can set up a time to meet so we can wheel as a group, pretty sure the groups are 5 or 6 rigs. If more 'maybes' join us on the dark side, we'll either be at the limit or over. I'm not sure how strict that rig limit is, I've never done a poker run.

Carl, was there Baystate invite sent? or are the Yays Nays and Maybe's from thread and PM tally?
Is there a volunteer sign up on NEA? Not sure how folks can keep up with all the web stuff and still wheel ( let alone eat and sleep).
Hope I'm ready. Jeep is still in the shop from the Iron Mountain at the Gutter.

No, no BSJ invite was sent out, I just did that tally from this thread. You don't need to sign up for the run, just show up. I started this thread for BSJ members who want to get together and run as a group I didn't know you got lit up at the Iron Giant. What happened? My friend (let's call him "Mr. T"... but you can find his post under 'fourtyfour') posted a link to the NEA site where you can sign up to volunteer. If you're just doing the run, all you have to do is show up and you'll be assigned to a group

Hi Carl as long as the weather is good I'll be there with my 2 girls. Wife is on a girls weekend and I need something to do with the kids Jeff

well dude....... ummm, I mean Mr VP....... yup, it's a Saturday morning thang. Registration starts at 9:30 and the first group leaves at 10, last group leaves at 12. We haven't talked about a time yet but I was thinking of getting there about 11. Can I get a show of hands? How's meeting up at 11 sound? If that's not good then throw out a time, we can work it out
