Its best the design in full suspension That I have seen or Rode It has a It has Smart brain by the rear swing arm on the left side It will work when you hit a bump not when you are pedaling it Most bounce alittle when you pedal hard this 1 Doesnt Its a Expert race quality Bike and about 23-24 lbs Disc brakes Rode it Yesterday dialed in the suspension the compression + rebound + the smart Brain ( thats what it is Called The Smart Brain The dumb 1s must of been on the early years )3 inches of suspension travel front + back I hit 1 tree A little sore 1st time in about 3 years on a Mt Bike I had a deal I could not pass up New on the display floor A $1000 off from retail price It still wasnt cheap

What happens if you hit a bump while pedaling? JW I works perfect Its a Smart brain LOL Scott It is a very sweet set up I was hitting 2 foot drops never even felt the hit I Got it dialed perfect rebound + compression with a turn of a knob The air pressure is another ADJ I can make Fox Air Shocks The best in the business In my opinion I motocrossed them in the 80s There were awesome then Even better now I have no complaints about the bike The Motor needs more HP That will come in time

Where did you get it? I have been thinking of getting back into MT biking myself. Specialized makes some of the best bikes out there, you'll pay alot for them but they are worth it.

Nice, Brian!....I am still loyal to my hard-tail, though I'll convert to full suspension eventually.

Steve + Carmen Pms sent
Jon to explain the rear shock when I stomp on the pedals the rear squats like a vehicle under hard throttle This bike does not squat It feel like a Mt bike with out a shock The top of the shock wont go down in the rear It does work like a normal air shock the bottom will go up Ground travel goes up squating under power goes down

I never rode a bike as smooth as this I had 2 full suspensions the didnt come close a GT and a FSR Specialized in 2000
This Epic out classes most of them the design is the Best I have rode I rode 5 others before this The big thing was the price it was a step above all the others I rode But the lower price Specialized shocks were the same

I was just teasing, since you made a point of saying it wouldn't allow the rear to compress if you hit a bump. JW
