I know the make-up of gasoline has changed, no more MTBE's... Has anyone noticed any difference in how there (injected) TJ's starts? Mine takes a few more cranks to fire over, usually when it's "cold". I also noticed this difference shortly after I installed the lift, maybe I need to adjust the altitude thingamabob. thing·a·ma·bob or thing·um·a·bob n thing unnamed: a word used when the proper word for something is not known or does not come to mind. both my TJ and my XJ start the same, but mileage has gone into the toilet. The oil companies are ripping us off with this oxygenated junk.
I get about 13 around town here on the junk they sell for $3.05 or so. In NC, I was getting 15 around town, and only paying $2.81. Noticeably better performance down there, too
