little over two hours.
good thing: all the bolts came off easily, tank was virtually empty (no siphoning necessary)
bad things: stupid little "easy" clips for the gas lines took forever to get off, electrical connection was on top of the tank, so we had to loosen it all the way back to the transfer case, mud was everywhere, so i took a while to clean things off, i only had one floor jack, so it was difficult to balance things properly, the front passenger side bolt was almost impossible to access to tighten, and the bulb went out on my small work light, so i had to use a flashlight in my mouth to see anything! (all while a combination of paragon and florida mud fell all over me)
end result: very stout looking skid tucked up nice and high, ~70lbs it had better be strong enough!
