I'm not a member but we're looking into clubs to join. Here is my 2006 KJ Limited and my boyfriend's 2004 TJ Rubicon. Tell us about the mods you have made. The KJ has Rusty's 2.5" lift with OME shocks, Mopar skids and tow hooks, Mopar iPod full integration kit, 245/70/17 Firestone Destination ATs on the stock 17" wheels. The TJ has Rusty's 3" basic lift with steering stabilizer upgrade, RE front fixed lower control arms, 15x8 Cragar Soft 8s with 32x11.5 BFG ATs, Mopar gas tank and transfer case skids. The pictures show it before he got the new wheels and tires. Tell us about the mods you hope to make in the future. The KJ could use some rock rails. And an ARB Winch Ready front bumper. ;D The TJ is a never ending list of future upgrades. RE rear fixed lower control arms, RE front adjustable upper control arms, RE front adjustable track bar, Currie HD tie rod system, 1" body lift and motor mount lift, 33" tires, a winch, some more skids, etc etc etc... and installing the A to Z Fabrication diamondplate rocker guards that are waiting for it in my basement. How long have you been a member of Baystate? Not a member yet, just looking for a good group to join. How long have you been offroading? The boyfriend's been offroading with atvs and dirtbikes since he was a kid. We didn't get into wheeling until we both got Jeeps in early 2007. Now they are both our daily drivers/weekend warriors. Is this your first Jeep?First Jeeps for both of us. I bought my KJ and then he traded his Silverado for the TJ a couple months later!

When I got it last summer; and the way it is now; Tell us about the mods you have made.Came with the 33's, 2 1/2 susp. lift, chrome do-dads, and 3" body lift (ugh!) and the chrome tipped exhaust! WAHOOO!(?) I've added winch, rod rack, bumpers, knerfs, sway disconnects, removed trac bars, stripped and Herculined interior, new seats, CB, top, mats, Hi-lift and forget whatelse. But basicly a '91, 4.0, Auto, stocker at heart. (oh, and the Black Dawg security system too) Tell us about the mods you hope to make in the future.Soon, trash the 3"lift for 1" poly, TJ flairs, "Rust Bullet" the undersides & paint, Poly engine & trans mounts, & spring shackles. Eventually 8.8 rear, alloy front axels, LS front & locker for rear. Would like to go 5" on the suspension way down the road. Add some rock armour here and there would be as available used or made. How long have you been a member of Baystate?Since yesterday (LOL) 1-30-08 How long have you been offroading?"off road"? Well, sorta started with endurance racing on horse back (does that count? - S) Truck Pulling w/ SNETPA, beach blasting, all together off and on in various ways for 35+ (ish) years. (yup, I'm an old-er coot) Also a member of JonFund, RIOHVA, CTJeeps Is this your first jeep?Nope. First was a '76(?) CJ V-8

Ok, here's my part of the intro. 97 TJ, 2.5L, Jet Chip, AEM Air Intake, 33 x 10.5 BFG MT's, D30 / 35 w/4:11's, Lock-rite Locker, a couple skids, a few other cheesy items I bolted on. For the price, I threw on the XRC winch too. Really need to re-gear it though, next on the to do list. Seems like I am building this one backwards... But I'll get there.

Greetings. My wife and I will be relocating to MA (Ft Devens area) from SC for about 15 months starting in July and are looking to join a club while we are here.
I don't know how to post pictures, but I have an '88 YJ under destruction, '94 YJ under construction, '97 TJ stock, and a '08 JK Unlimited (still stock).
The 88 is my wheeler here in SC. It is a 4 cylinder 5 speed with an 8.8 and a D30, SOA w/ 33's. I still run it with open diff's, but it goes everywhere the locked 35"+ vehicles go. Future mods include a D44 front, lockers, and more dents.
The 94 will replace th 88, if I ever finish the build. The 97 TJ was going to be a trail rider for my wife, until I bought her the JK.
We will be bringing the JK to MA with us when we relocate. I think I have talked the wif into a mild lift and 33's to trail ride while we are here. Maybe even buy a set of Rubicon axles for it. Future mods do NOT include dents for this one (yet).
I have been offroading for about 16 years, but just got into rocks about 2 years ago. I have had several heeps before the ones I have now, including early CJ5's, late CJ5's, CJ7's, XJ, and a couple of other YJ's.
We look forward to meeting you and hopefully get on the trails while we are here. I am currently up here in Marlborough for the next month and a half and hope to come to some of the cruise-ins in Methuen, even though I will be in my crappy non-jeep rental car.

We are in Greenville, SC, which is about half way between Atlanta and Charlotte and have been here for almost 7 years (moved from Michigan). Love the area. The best part is not having to shovel snow!
I have checked out the main page for much of the info, and meet most of the requirements for trail rides. The only things I don't have in the JK are a CB (have one I can mount in the JK - just not sure where yet) and a fire extinguisher (no problem on this one). Any special requirements for extinguisher location or mounting?
Any chance I could tag along on a trail ride as a rider in an empty seat either this weekend or in June to see what types of trails and obsticles to expect up here in the NE and also get a feel for the capabilities of the other rigs in the group?
Regards, Andy
